Class Room and Class Policies
Pre-registration is required for all classes including open sews.
Cancellations Class fees must be paid in full at time of registration. All fees are non-refundable* and nontransferable.
*In the event of low student registration (minimum of 3) or due to inclement weather, we will notify students of class cancellation. In the event of a class cancellation, you will receive a full refund for the class fee.
Please bring the following supplies* to all classes:
• Sewing machine
• Rotary cutter
• Marking tool
• Hand sewing needle
*Supplies are available for purchase.
• Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before class to set up your sewing machine and work area so the class can begin promptly.
• Be sure your machine is in good working order and that you are familiar with how it works. Bring all machine accessories and an extra sewing machine needle so you are fully prepared for class.
Due to Copyright Infringement Laws, we cannot allow the use of photocopied patterns.
There is no guarantee that you will complete projects during the allotted class time. We offer open sew classes for those who need additional instruction.
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt. Merchandise must be in original, unopened packaging. No returns allowed on patterns, books, cut fabrics or sale items. Items that have been used or washed items are non-refundable; Custom orders are non-refundable; Books and patterns are not refundable, these are final sale items.
CHECK RETURN POLICY
Return check charge is $35.00 per check. Returned checks must be paid by cash or credit card.
Block of the Month / Club Policies
Pre-registration and signup fee required to reserve your spot. A credit or debit card is required to participate in any monthly program. Monthly kits Pickup your kit anytime during the month. Your credit card will be charged the following month if you were not able to make it to the shop and that month’s kit will be available at your next visit
